Well I have a lot of problems with my Dell Inspiron 1525. Under the one year warranty I had the Hard Drive and power supply replaced. After the warranty another power supply and the LCD needed replacing. The LCD was my fault, closed the screen on a spiral note pad with my pen in the spiral binder.
Than I had another problem, my Inspiron 1525 had the “plugged in, not charging” error. After doing some research I replaced the power/USB board P/N 48.4W006.021 and for now all seems to be working. It took a few hours, but really was not that hard to replace.
